Le Col USA Return and exchange Policy for direct to consumer sales-

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact Le Col USA at 877-431-0727 or email for an RMA number. Requests for returns must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods. All returned goods must be in original packaging with all tags to be considered for return or exchange.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted without obtaining an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You must contact Le Col USA to obtain an RMA number prior to returning any product. Items received by Le Col USA without a corresponding RMA number may be disposed of.

All returns to Le Col USA must be sent by traceable method (I.E. UPS, FedEX or USPS) with tracking numbers. Le Col USA can not be responsible for shipments to Le Col USA by any other method without a corresponding RMA number.

All returns must be in ‘as new’ condition, unwashed, unworn and in original packaging with all tags.
When returning items to Le Col, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected.
Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser.
All gift cards are non-refundable.

Faulty Goods

Le Col is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it produces, although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur.

If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty.

Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return for hygiene purposes.
